Maul Tech ATV Custom Shock Setup Form

Current Setup Measurements

All measurements should be taken using the tires you will be running and aired to proper pressure! All Current Setup Measurements should be taken with the rider in full gear standing on the footpegs.

 (only on triple rate shocks)


 
Any measurement taken from here on must be with all 3 shocks removed from the quad!

Front End Measurements

The next 2 measurements are taken with the bottom of frame raised off the ground at 12" and 1 1/2". And the measurements taken are from eye to eye where your shocks mount to your frame and A-Arm.

Rear End Measurements

The next 2 measurements are taken with the bottom of frame raised off the ground at 12" and 1 1/2". And the measurements taken are from eye to eye where your shocks mount to your frame and Swingarm.

Rear Shock Measurements (Taken with shock lying on floor)

 
 
We recommend printing out 2 copies before submitting your form. 1 for you to keep and 1 to send in with your shocks.
